Version NOW Upgrade: 3/3/10   -   3/4/2010 2:54 PM
The following enhancements were released within AppliTrack last night, March 3, 2010:

  • Integration with SubFinder-  General ASP is pleased to announce our new partnership with SubFinder, the leader in automated substitute management software.  Please consider attending our informational webinar on Tuesday, March 16th at  which will demonstrate how to seamlessly send new hire information from AppliTrack to SubFinder.  Click here to register:  https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/531192971

  • Integration with MUNIS- It is now possible to seamlessly transfer new hire data from AppliTrack to the MUNIS financial management system.  Although this has always been an option for AppliTrack users, the new interface makes the process a breeze!

  • Login As Applicant - It is now possible for SuperUsers, and any other user with the “Can Use Tools” permission, to log-in to an applicant’s online application directly from the Applicant Dashboard.  This functionality has always been accessible through the “Tools”->”Modify Files” screen; however,  this update makes it more convenient for those users acting as AppliTrack system administrators.

K12JobSpot.com Updates: 2/22/2010   -   2/22/2010 9:59 AM
The online job board for education that is for the exclusive and FREE use of AppliTrack users, www.K12JobSpot.com, was updated and enhanced this weekend.

AppliTrack school district users will notice an enhanced Manage Account experience so that you may view the number of times applicants have viewed your posting and the number of times applicants have clicked to apply for one of your postings.

To view this information, click on the Advertise Tab within any job posting.  Then, click Manage Account in the K12JobSpot.com section.
AppliTrack Certification Begins!   -   2/16/2010 9:22 AM
The AppliTrack Certification program has started!

AppliTrack Certification will:
  • be based on one's score on a multiple choice and short answer test.
  • be free of charge to anyone, current AppliTrack user or not.
  • be valid for one-year.
  • be written to assess proficiency on AppliTrack's tools and functionalities
General ASP will maintain a database of certified individuals and will also send a paper certificate to each person who becomes certified.

Individuals will be allowed to take the test until it is passed.  As educators ourselves, we want you to be successful and learn through this process!

Version NOW! Upgrade: 1/20/2010   -   1/20/2010 9:18 AM
A small change has been made to the Job Posting page that we think will make the job posting process even easier!

You will now see that the fields have been reorganized to display an Application Deadline date which will control when AppliTrack will no longer accept applications from applications. This functionality was formerly named  "Date Closing".

You will also notice some red and green boxes that indicate the status of other job posting options.

Enjoy!
